Account Executive

Skills & Qualifications

• Prior Interactive Media and custom software application sales experience preferred.
• Solid Client Relationship Management Skills
• Demonstrated ability to achieve $1 million annual revenue target
• Strong sales process knowledge
• Experience in prospecting leads

Responsibilities of Position

Specifically the Account Executive will be directly accountable for:
• Client Relationship Management
• Client Expectation Management
• Sales Generation
• Risk Identification
• Statement of Work and proposal development
• Invoices/Receivables
• Status Reporting
• Engaging Delivery Assurance
• Project Performance Assessment

The Account Executive will support:
• Account Strategy
• Engagement Team Management
• Status Reporting to Client

The Account Executive will validate:
• Time & Expense
• Quality & Value of Engagement Deliverables

The criteria used to evaluate performance, promotions, salary increases, and incentive compensation for the account manager will be:
• Profit margin for their engagements
• Expansion of work at their established accounts
• Client satisfaction
• Meet Quarterly sales goals
